An issue during the "Freezing" quest where an NPC would suddenly appear in the middle of the screen while other NPCs kept moving will be fixed. Items that had incorrect stats from the Star Force perk in the July 29 Sunny Sunday event, including gloves getting extra stats or missing stats, will be corrected.
