A new notice has been posted on the MapleStory homepage, outlining the compensation for the additional option and Ability errors, outlined in Director Won-ki’s post. Hello, this is MapleStory. Additional Options Error Compensation Error 1. You will receive Rebirth Flame Points based on the type and number of Rebirth Flames you have used from February 1, 2019 to February 24, 2021 at 6:00 PM. The exchange ratio is shown below. 2. You can trade your Rebirth Flame Points for the items of your choice. Click on the Maple Admin NPC in Henesys or other main towns and choose the ‘Talk to Maple Admin’ option. Trade Period: February 25 after the maintenance ~ March 24 at 11:59 PM <Detailed Notes> You will receive points in each world, based on the amount used in each world. If your total number of Rebirth Flame Points in a world has a decimal, it will be rounded up to the next whole number. (e.g. If you used 1 Karma Powerful Rebirth Flame and 1 Karma Black Rebirth Flame in Croa, you would receive 2 Rebirth Flame A Points instead of 1.1.) Ability Error Compensation Information 1. You will receive compensation based on the confirmed records from February 1, 2019 to February 24, 2021 at 6:00 PM. The detailed information is shown below. 2. You can trade your Points for the items of your choice. Click on the Maple Admin NPC in Henesys or other main towns and choose the ‘Talk to Maple Admin’ option. Trade Period: February 25 after the maintenance ~ March 24 at 11:59 PM <Detailed Notes> Maple Points will be immediately added up and reflected in the inventory UI after the February 25 maintenance without a separate trade process. Any Honor used from February 19, 2021 at 9:30 PM to February 24, 2021 at 6:00 PM which was used after locking 2 Ability lines will not be included in the compensation. You will receive points in each world, based on the amount used in each world. If your total number of points in a world has a decimal, it will be rounded up to the next whole number. (e.g. If you used 110,000 Honor after locking the rank in Luna, you would receive 2 Honor Points instead of 1.1.) The traded Honor will be immediately added up and reflected in the character stats UI’s honor. Characters who have not completed the ‘Opening Your Eyes to Ability’ quest cannot trade Honor Points. Zero characters who have not completed the story quest Chapter 1-1 cannot trade Honor Points.
