I thought it might be interesting to have a thread to ask any question you'd like and have it answered by the maple veterans who likely have played this game so long or so much that they'll know instantly. Don't worry we won't send you a link to a faq/new player guide/etc, ask any question you'd like about maple simple of complicated. It took slightly more than two full 2x weekends per level at 240-250. So by the power of math 100%/32 = 3ish %. Part of the reason for this was that 2x use buffs were less plentiful and you'd have to resort to winters. I do recall getting close to 20% in 4 hours on occasion. This would make sense given the difference between winter (1.5x) and 2x buffs. HS was multiplied back then so you could either train on 2x2x2x1.5 = 12x or 2x2x1.5x1.5 = 9x
