I would say:

1. 30+ attack or 20% boss
2. Critical Rate, Buff Duration, or option not chosen for line 1
3. Whatever not chosen for line 2

Attack or boss is based on what you need the most. Regardless, either one works for being the first line.

For the second and third line, any of the options listed should suffice
Critical rate helps with stabilizing your damage, as it backs up buccaneer's strong critical damage
Buff duration solely for giving you longer buffs

I currently have 20% Boss, 13% Buff Duration and +9 Dex.

I plan to add recommended inner abilities to my guide, but I'm still attempting to organize as well as add more information.

With v208, they changed a big aspect to buccaneer blast/ double blast and nautilus strike.

I will edit the guide when I have a chance to because it's a very noticeable change.

 

Just follow a cookie cutter hyper stat build or an optimizer.

I personally put my points on Critical Rate and Damage, Ignore defense, damage & boss%, and leftovers went to attack power. This was spread over and not going past level 10 on any.

Bonus exp and arcane force are also viable options. Arcane Force hyper will greatly improve training in 5th job areas, especially right after getting 5th job.
6 levels in AF should suffice.
