    Okay, after you read the title, I know what you all came for, just skip past the first few headers.

    In other news, they finally made new illustrations for the revamped Flame Wizard and Night Walker, which came out in April/May 2014. 5 years!!


    Improvements and Bug Fixes (Boss)


    In Suu, items will no longer drop on the platforms created by Suu.

    Fixed an error in the Swamp of Memories, Morass in That Day in Trueffet maps where Elite Monsters would appear before the black aura disappeared.

    In Urus, after matching has begun through the Quick Start, matching will be cancelled if you leave the map.

    Fixed an error in Reboot where the Demon Balrog could drop weapons for classes other than the character’s class.

    Improvements and Bug Fixes (Quests)


    The “Unlocking the Kaiserium’s Curse” quest will now have a warning that states the equipped Soul will disappear before the weapon is replaced.

    Fixed an error in certain Temple of Time maps where using hidden portals would not clear the “Use a hidden portal in a map 1 time” Sudden Mission.

    Fixed an error where the Arcane Stone UI’s location would be reset after exiting the Cash Shop or Auction House.

    Fixed an error in the Messenger of Henesys achievement where certain incorrect quests were shown.

    Fixed an error in the Limen story quests where after defeating Dunkel, parts of the map were missing.

    Fixed an error in Xenon’s quests “First Vacation” and “Ominous Feelings” where an incorrect amount of experience rewarded was shown.

    Fixed an error where certain Partem quests’ navigation did not work.

    Fixed an error in the “Nihal Desert’s Jewel” quest where if you didn’t have a weapon equipped, you could not enter the battle map.

    Fixed an error where the Fallen World Tree weekly quests’ completion rewards were incorrectly stated.

    Fixed an error in Friends Story’s rock and roll where the screen moved towards the roof when there was no one on the roof.

    Fixed an error where the “Foul Play” quest could only be started by certain jobs.

    In Heroes of Maple, Demian will no longer summon altars.

    Fixed an error in the Tenebris daily quests where starting the quests would show the quest completion alert.

    Fixed an error where while doing the quests to enter the Spirit Tree, you could fall repeatedly forever in Deep Cave 1.

    Luminous’ augury finding quests will now take place sequentially.

    Improvements and Bug Fixes (Items)


    Fixed an error where skill effects were outputted while riding the Haechi mount.

    Fixed an error where if you were a class with wings that didn’t show while on a mount, other characters would still see your class’ wings.

    Fixed an error where mousing over the Cosmos Ring Voucher would show time limited stats in the item tooltips in certain conditions.

    Fixed an error where the Blue Apprentice Hat could not be sold in the Auction House.

    Fixed an error where the Necro Weapon Only Scrolls could not be used on certain Necro weapons.

    Fixed an error where the Red Two Handed Sword’s icon location was shown incorrectly.

    Fixed an error where the Luna Petite pets’ set effect were shown as disabled.

    Fixed an error where the Luna Petite pets did not pick up items and mesos properly in certain terrain.

    Fixed an error where level 30 Luna Petite pets did not go to sleep when given the command.

    Fixed an error where pets would cover the character while sitting in certain chairs.

    Fixed an error where the Teleport World Map would sometimes not be used.

    You can no longer enter the Cash Shop while using Black Cubes, White Additional Cubes, Memorial Cubes, or Black Rebirth Flames.

    Fixed an error where the Scarlet Battle Hammer and the 10th Anniversary White Maul would be shown on top of your hands while equipped.

    Kinesis can no longer equip magician shields.

    Fixed an error where when using a Black Rebirth Flame, if any buff skills ended while the UI was up, the stat damage changed numbers on the UI would overlap.

    Job Balance Adjustments


    The goal of these balance changes is to help compensate for certain shortcomings and disadvantages without compromising the identities of each class.

    All Jobs

    We would like to the intuitiveness of skills by unifying terminology and removing discrepancies.

    • Skills that heal at certain intervals: these skills are now affected by heal rate increasing/decreasing effects from potential and monster skills
    • Damage reduction skills: skill descriptions that state “damage absorption”, “damage reduction”, etc. will now be unified to “damage reduction”
    • Invincibility skills: fixed an error where the invincibility effect would be cancelled if you applied various invincibility skills at the same time
    • Summon skills: your own classes’ summons can now charge the Soul Weapon’s soul gauge
    • Chaining skills: fixed an error where if you had potions in a specific location in your inventory and your number of set up inventory slots was below a certain number, you could not use potions while using chaining skills
    • Flying skills: fixed an error where these skills could not be used at the ends of maps
    • Rush skills: fixed an error where if rush stopped near the end of a platform, you would fall from the platform
    • Skills with prerequisite skills: you can no longer continue using a skill that has a prerequisite if you reset the prerequisite skill after learning the advanced skill
    • Link skills: fixed an error where if you changed the character a Link skill is linked to near midnight, you would consume the number of possible transfers of the next day

    All Warriors

    Aura Weapon’s wave was a bit difficult to use due to its feature of being affected by the skill that activated it, so we have changed it to have its own damage and number of hits to reduce the number of things you have to consider..

    • [​IMG] Aura Weapon: Aura Wave no longer uses the damage and number of hits of the skill that activated it, it now deals 1600% damage 7 times (at level 25)

    All Thieves

    We have reduced the inconvenience of using Dark Sight while hunting.

    • Dark Sight skills: you can now pick up items and use the Teleport World Map while in Dark Sight, Buff Freezers will now save these skills

    All Pirates

    The chance of rolling the same 3 numbers had a very powerful effect and we would like to reduce the frequency of this happening.

    • [​IMG] Loaded Dice: when classes that have Double Lucky Dice use Lucky Dice, the chance of getting the same 3 numbers has been decreased by 50%, fixed an error where if you had other skills mapped to your number keys they would be activated when selecting a dice roll with Loaded Dice

    Adventurers

    • Link skills: fixed an error where sometimes the current level would appear to be higher than the master level
    • Ultimate Adventurer skills: weapon mastery will now apply to these skills

    Hero

    We have increased Combo Force’s usability and Incising’s range to help complement hunting.

    • [​IMG] Combo Force: when this skill is used with the down arrow key, you will now move to the location of the targeted enemy more precisely, the range has been decreased by 15%
    • [​IMG] Incising: attack range has been increased by 80%, maximum number of monsters hit has been increased from 6 to 8, number of hits has been increased from 3 to 4

    Paladin

    • [​IMG] Shield Mastery: the skill description has been updated to state that the effects will be applied while equipping a Rosario
    • [​IMG] Sanctuary: attack range has been increased by 21%
    • [​IMG] Threaten – Bonus Chance: the number on the skill icon has been removed

    Dark Knights

    We have added the ability to contribute to a party.

    • [​IMG] Beholder’s Buff: this skill now increases your magic attack by the same amount as the attack buff, party members will receive half the effects of the buff

    Archmage (I/L)

    • [​IMG] Ice Age: the frozen ground effect will now be show over monsters like other install skills
    • [​IMG] Thunder Break: final damage reduction when the lightning hits the same spot has been decreased from 10% to 5%
    • [​IMG] Spirit of Snow: damage when hitting one enemy has been increased from 1400% to 1700% (at level 25)

    Bishop

    • [​IMG] Holy Fountain: fixed an error where the effect would not appear if it was used in the same location as Flame Wizard’s Burning Region
    • [​IMG] Big Bang: the skill description has been changed to match the current defense reduction related logic

    Bowmaster

    • [​IMG] Steig Eisen: you will now move to the location of the targeted enemy more precisely, the range has been decreased by 15%
    • [​IMG] Advanced Quiver: fixed an error where if you locked Magic Arrows they would not be fired
    • [​IMG] Wind of Frey: cast delay has been decreased by 7%

    Marksman

    • [​IMG] Steig Eisen: you will now move to the location of the targeted enemy more precisely, the range has been decreased by 15%
    • [​IMG] Charged Arrow: fixed an error where cooldown related system messages would be repeatedly outputted while charging, fixed an error where the skill would be fired twice when it automatically activated then you released the key afterwards, if you continue to hold down the skill key after the maximum charge time is reached and it is automatically fired you will begin to charge again after 1 second

    Pathfinder

    Cardinal Blast’s attack range was too big when combined with its attack speed so we have tried to slightly reduce their hunting ability.

    • [​IMG] Cardinal Discharge: fixed an error where if you registered Cardinal Discharge and Cardinal Blast in a macro, sometimes only one skill would be activated
    • [​IMG] Additional Discharge: fixed an error where the magic arrows would target monsters that didn’t spawn yet
    • [​IMG] Curse Tolerance: fixed an error where Cygnus’ dark tornado did not increase your status resistance
    • [​IMG] Additional Blast: fixed an error where the magic arrows would target monsters that didn’t spawn yet
    • [​IMG] Advanced Cardinal Force: Cardinal Blast’s attack range has been decreased by 12%
    • [​IMG] Ultimate Blast: fixed an error where the final damage boost based on the amount of consumed Relic Gauge did not apply
    • [​IMG] Obsidian Barrier: fixed an error where if you used this skill while using another skill, that other skill would be cancelled and reactivated

    Adventurer Thieves

    • [​IMG] Ultimate Dark Sight: Buff Freezers will now save this skill

    Night Lord

    • [​IMG] Spread Throw: the additional throws’ angles have been changed to be more narrow

    Shadower

    Assassinate’s Enhancement Core’s level 20 effect could interfere with the Wound debuff required to use Eviscerate, so it has been changed. Sonic Blow’s damage has been increased to make it more effective in boss fights.

    • [​IMG] Shield Mastery: the skill description has been updated to state that the effects will be applied while equipping a Dagger Scabbard
    • [​IMG] Assassinate: the Enhancement Core’s level 20 effect has been changed from +1 monsters hit to 10% increased damage on regular monsters
    • [​IMG] Veil of Shadows: fixed an error where if you used a Rune of Transcendence and your skills’ cooldowns were reset, you could not reuse this skill if it was on cooldown
    • [​IMG] Sonic Blow: damage has been increased from 865% to 1000% (at level 25)

    Dual Blade

    • [​IMG] Asura: fixed an error where sometimes the skill cast action would continue after this skill ended
    • [​IMG] Karma Fury: damage has been increased from 1200% to 1500% (at level 25)

    Captain

    We have increased Head Shot’s damage and changed Unwavering Nectar’s HP boost to create a more useful skill.

    • [​IMG] Head Shot: number of hits has been increased from 10 to 12 additional defense ignore has been increased from 40% to 100%
    • [​IMG] Unwavering Nectar: HP boost has been removed, this skill now heals 50% of your maximum HP when used, cooldown of 60 seconds has been added, this skill is not affected by cooldown resets

    Cannon Shooter

    • [​IMG] ICBM: explosion damage has been increased from 2000% to 2400% (at level 25)

    Mikhail

    We have reduced the frustration of movement and slightly increased their hunting ability.

    • [​IMG] Deadly Charge: attack range has been increased by 20%, cooldown has been decreased from 20 seconds to 15 seconds

    Flame Wizard

    We have improved their hunting ability and bossing.

    • [​IMG] Liberated Magic: final damage boost has been increased from 25% to 30%
    • [​IMG] Orbital Flame IV: damage boost to regular monsters has been increased from 15% to 30%
    • [​IMG] Burning Region: fixed an error where the effect would not appear if it was used in the same location as Bishop’s Holy Fountain
    • [​IMG] Truth of Magic: magic attack boost has been increased from 10 to 20
    • [​IMG] Infinity Flame Circle: fixed an error where the attack would begin faster, fixed an error where sometimes you could not move after this skill ended

    Wind Breaker

    We have added a separate command to choose the number of Wind Auras that Howling Gale uses.

    • [​IMG] Howling Gale: this skill now consumes 1 Wind Aura when used, this skill now consumes all Wind Auras when used with the down arrow key

    Night Walker

    Since Shadow Bats’ attack rate was not 100%, they did not have a consistent hunting performance, so we have increased the rate to 100%.

    • [​IMG] Shadow Bats: Shadow Bats’ attack chance has been increased from 35% to 50%
    • [​IMG] Bat Communion I: Shadow Bats’ attack chance boost has been increased from 5% to 20%
    • [​IMG] Bat Communion III: Shadow Bats’ attack chance boost has been increased from 5% to 30%
    • [​IMG] Dominion: the activation effect’s location has been adjusted
    • [​IMG] Shadow Servant Extend: shadow’s final damage has been increased from 45% to 50% (at level 25)

    Striker

    Annihilate’s number of hits has been changed to a fixed number to reduce the disadvantages of using the Lightning buff.

    • [​IMG] Annihilate: number of hits is now 7, irregardless of the number of Lightning buff stacks
    • [​IMG] Cygnus Phalanx: you can now change this skill’s direction while chaining skills

    All Heroes

    • [​IMG] Freud’s Blessing: fixed an error where only the minimum cooldown would apply if you disconnected before reaching max stacks

    Aran

    • [​IMG] Install Maha: you can now use this skill without Maha’s Domain
    • [​IMG] Fenrir Crash: fixed an error where you could active this skill without having Beyonder maxed

    Evan

    • [​IMG] Magic Debris: fixed an error where if you used Magic Debris while Overload Mana was active and there was no enemy to target, Overload Mana would still consume MP
    • [​IMG] Break – Return!: fixed an error where the skill level showed (+1)

    Mercedes

    • [​IMG] Elemental Knight: fixed an error where if you used the Rune of Giants after summoning an Elemental Knight, they would continuously teleport
    • [​IMG] Defense Break: boss damage and critical damage boosts have been increased from 15% to 20%

    Phantom

    We have decreased the difficulty of using the 5th job skills to increase their usability.

    • [​IMG] Joker: 100% of the cards will now hit the monster with the highest maximum HP in range, the Red Cross effect’s maximum HP boost has been removed
    • [​IMG] Blackjack: you can now instantly unseal the card by reusing the skill, the unsealed card’s damage has been increased from 2000% to 2400% (at level 25)
    • [​IMG] Mark of Phantom Thief: you can now collect marks with Tempest of Cards, it will require the same number of hits as Ultimate Drive to acquire a mark

    Eunwol

    Soul Splitter was an uncomparable skill to use against high level bosses. Since this meant Eunwol was basically required in any party, we would like to reduce Soul Splitter’s efficiency and increase Eunwol’s own damage.

    • [​IMG] Soul Splitter: final damage rate on split soul has been decreased from 50% to 25%, damage boost on stationary monsters has been changed to a 25% final damage boost
    • [​IMG] Spirit Bond 4: now increases your final damage by 25%
    • [​IMG] Spirit Bond Maximum: final damage boost to Eunwol’s Soul Frenzy when the guardian spirit casts Soul Frenzy has been increased from 600% to 700%

    Luminous

    We have reduced their overall cast delays to decrease their clunkiness.

    • [​IMG] Anti Magic Shell: cast delay has been decreased by 33%
    • [​IMG] Light Shadow Guard: cast delay has been decreased by 25%
    • [​IMG] Photic Meditation: cast delay has been decreased by 33%
    • [​IMG] Light Reflection: cast delay has been decreased by 9%
    • [​IMG] Apocalypse: cast delay has been decreased by 25%
    • [​IMG] Morning Starfall: cast delay has been decreased by 20%, number of hits has been increased from 1 to 2
    • [​IMG] Dark Crescendo: cast delay has been decreased by 44%
    • [​IMG] Darkness Sorcery: cast delay has been decreased by 33%

    All Demons

    • [​IMG] Demon Jump: you can now lock the glide’s command

    Demon Slayer

    • [​IMG] Jormungandr: HP consumed has been decreased from 15% HP to 10% HP, number of hits has been increased from 9 to 12, final attack’s number of hits has been increased from 12 to 15 (at level 25)

    Demon Avenger

    We would like to reduce some of the disadvantages of using HP as a resource in certain situations.

    • [​IMG] Blood Contract: your 1st~4th job skills’ HP consumed will now be decreased by 90% while you are heal blocked in certain situations
    • [​IMG] Blood Feast: charge time will now be more accurately reflected, fixed an error where the charge effect did not change with the charge level

    Blaster

    • [​IMG][​IMG] Ducking/Sway: fixed an error where if you put your jump on the space, number or function keys and were in Korean input mode, if you pressed the jump key while using this skills the jump would activate without immediately stopping

    Battle Mage

    We have changed their damage and magic attack boosts to increase efficiency when scaling with equipment.

    • [​IMG] Teleport Ver. 2: fixed an error where the client would exit if you used this skill from side to side continuously
    • [​IMG] Battle Mastery: damage boost has been changed to 10% final damage boost
    • [​IMG] Dark Aura: passive magic attack % boost has been changed to a 50 magic attack boost
    • [​IMG] Debuff Aura: Debuff Aura’s debuff duration has been increased from 15 seconds to 20 seconds

    Wild Hunter

    • [​IMG] Capture: this skill can no longer be used in certain content
    • [​IMG] Crossbow Expert: critical damage boost has been increased from 8% to 20%
    • [​IMG] Extend Magazine: final damage boost has been increased from 15% to 20%
    • [​IMG] Jaguar Maximum: number of hits has been increased from 6 to 12, final attack’s number of hits has been increased from 12 to 15, damage has been increased from 3000% to 3600% (at level 25)

    Xenon

    • [​IMG] Pinpoint Rocket: fixed an error where you could not use this skill while using Mega Smasher
    • [​IMG] Triangle Formation: fixed an error where this skill would sometimes not activate, fixed an error where this skill would not activate during Mega Smasher and only activate once after Mega Smasher ended

    Mechanic

    • [​IMG] Mechanic Dash: cooldown related system messages will no longer be repeatedly outputted when used continously
    • [​IMG] Support Waver: H-EX: defense reduction has been decreased from 20% to 10% but will now apply to boss monsters, HP recovered has been changed from 20% base HP to 8% maximum HP, this skill no longer recovers HP instantly after being installed
    • [​IMG] Overtuning: final damage boost has been increased from 15% to 20%
    • [​IMG] Massive Fire: SPLASH-F: fixed an error where you could sometimes hang on a ladder while using this skill
    • [​IMG] Robot Mastery: fixed an error where your damage was increased by the same amount as the final damage boost to the robots, 90% damage boost to Robo Launcher: RM7 has been changed to a 135%p damage boost, final damage boost to robots has been increased from 70% to 95%
    • [​IMG] Metal Armour Full Burst: number of hits has been increased from 10 to 11, number of additional Homing Missiles has been increased from 6 to 7 (at level 25)

    Kaiser

    Since Kaiser’s link skill didn’t do much for himself, we have added a new feature to it. We would like to reduce the disadvantages of Final Figuration and give you a chance to deal a higher amount of burst damage to be more active when fighting boss monsters.

    • [​IMG] Iron Will: HP boost 10%/15% to 5%/10%, now increases your damage by 2%/3% per Morph Gauge stage (these changes only apply to Kaiser’s Iron Will)
    • [​IMG] Final Figuration: vertical hitbox when sitting down has been decreased by 30%
    • [​IMG] Will of Sword: Strike: when the flames are activated, Draco Slasher’s cooldown will now be instantly reset and you will receive a buff that allows you to use Draco Slasher 3 times without a cooldown, this buff will only last while Will of Sword: Strike is on cooldown

    Cadena

    • [​IMG] Chain Arts: Takedown: fixed an error where you could sometimes use Chain Arts: Chase while using this skill
    • [​IMG] Chain Arts: Tough Hustle: fixed an error where after this skill ended, the effect would sometimes not stop and your movement would be restricted

    Angelic Buster

    • [​IMG] Trinity: passive final damage boost has been decreased from 15% to 10%
    • [​IMG] Energy Burst: fixed an error where if you used this skill then were caged by Hilla, the damage would not apply
    • [​IMG] Mascot Familiar: Shiny Bubble Breath will now activate in the direction that Angelic Buster is looking when used

    Zero

    • [​IMG] Turning Drive: fixed an error where if you put Turning Drive on the space, number or function keys and were in Korean input mode, if you pressed the key the skill would activate Wheel Wind
    • [​IMG] Transcendent Rhinne’s Blessing: the final damage boost will no longer apply to Wheel Wind and Advanced Wheel Wind
    • [​IMG] Joint Attack: the combined attack will now activate 3 times, the damage has been decreased from 4800% to 1800% (at level 25), fixed an error where sometimes the skill would not be activated and your character would not appear

    Kinesis

    We have reduced the amount of Psychic Points consumed and increased the recovery rate on bosses to increase their power and reduce difficulty.

    • [​IMG] Psychic Grab: fixed an error where you could use this skill while hanging on a cliff
    • [​IMG] Ultimate – Train: Psychic Points consumed has been decreased from 20 to 15
    • [​IMG] Ultimate – Psychic Shot: defense reduction debuff effect has been added
    • [​IMG] Awakening: final damage boost has been increased from 20% to 25%
    • [​IMG] Ever Psychic: your Psychic Points will now be increased instantly upon using this skill
    • [​IMG] Psychic Grab – Iron Skin: fixed an error where this would sometimes not apply
    • [​IMG] Psychic Tornado: when the object is thrown, the explosion will now activate 3 times
    • [​IMG] Ultimate – Psychic Bullet: Psychic Points consumed has been increased from 3 to 4, if you hit a boss monster you will now recover 3 Psychic Points, ,the Psychic Points recovery from the Micro Black Hole has not been changed

    Illium

    Since the battle patterns were significantly different between regular mode and Glory Wings mode, Glory Wings mode was weak, so we have adjusted it to be stronger.

    • [​IMG] Craft: Javelin: this skill can now only move within a certain distance from the character, the Crystal, and Soul of Crystal

    • [​IMG] Crystal Skill: Glory Wings: final damage boost has been increased from 25% to 30%, Glory Wings: Javelin’s cast delay has been decreased by 25% and if it hits fewer monsters than its maximum number of monsters hit the final damage will be increased by 25% per less monster hit (up to 100%), fixed an error where the Rune of Giants’ effect would not apply, fixed an error where certain buffs could not be used

    Hoyoung

    The efficiency of using Wind Wave: Heaven and Transform One Ton Stone was so efficient that it was lowering the value of other combinations. We have reduced the power of Transform One Ton Stone and changed cast delays and damage of other skills to make it more powerful to link attributes.

    • [​IMG] Charm Power: fixed an error where the power UI shared a location with Ark’s willpower UI, fixed an error where the Attribute Link stage would be reset if you exited the Cash Shop
