    A new test server patch was released, containing the 17th anniversary events! (Preview of the luxurious Hotel Maple above.)

    Of course, I’ll cover those when the patch comes next week, but other than that, there were some map changes and more QoL updates from Voice of Mapler.

    Arcane River Hunting Maps Efficiency Improvements

    Certain maps in Road of Vanishing, Reverse City, and Chew Chew Island with low hunting efficiencies will have more monsters spawn/monsters spawn faster.

    The hunting efficiency of maps will continue to be improved based on collected data.

    Elite Champion Improvements

    Elite Champions’ patterns have been changed.

    • Black Crescendo Slime: the Slime will now grow into 3 stages whenever it is defeated, and it will grow faster
    • Shadow Butterflies: 15 Shadow Butterflies will now spawn at the same time, and they will now target your character quickly
    • Dark Wolf: 5 Dark Spheres will now spawn in the map, and when you destroy them all, the hidden Dark Wolf will appear
    • Killer Bees: 10 Killer Bees will now spawn at the same time, and they will target the Brilliant Flower quickly
    • Dark Gargoyle: killing 1 Dark Gargoyle will now spawn 10 Mini Dark Gargoyles which target your character quickly
    • Pollen Treant: will no longer appear

    When an Elite Champion is defeated, Elite Champion Orbs will be created.

    • 4 Orbs will be created at the same time, and you will gain experience when your character touches them.
    • These orbs will not be created if the mobs were outside your level range.
    • Elite Champion Orbs will last for 1 minute.
    • Additional experience effects will not apply to Elite Champion Orbs.

    Dea’s G-Potion quest has been changed to allow you to receive the items other days.

    • You can now receive the support items through the quest from Monday to Sunday.
    • The items you receive can only be used until midnight on Sunday of that week.

    In Hungry Muto, the acquired ingredients’ icons and numbers have been changed to be more visible.

    In Spirit Saviour, the number of rescued Stone Spirits will now be shown above your head.

    The Meso Market UI has been changed to show your current Maple Points and mesos.

    The Gold Apple UI has been changed to let you mouse over the item names to show the entire name.

    The Experience Accumulation Elixir, Wealth Acquisition Elixir, Invincibility Elixir, Awakening Elixir, and Patience Elixir’s icons have been changed for easier identification.

    Fixed an error where the notation was different in each spot you could check a character’s hair and face information.

    In the Character Information window’s item list, you can now mouse over the item names to show the entire name.

    When you try to change your character’s hair/face/skin and your current combination is not saved on a Mannequin, a confirmation pop-up will appear.

    When you have a pet equipped with Auto HP/MP and potions set in the pet slots, if you unequip the pet, the set potions will no longer be removed and will instead just be deactivated.

    Potions that heal % HP like Elixirs and Power Elixirs’ recovery limits have been increased to 999,999 HP.

    When you mouse over certain coins, the tooltip descriptions have been updated to include the corresponding coin shop NPCs and their location information.

    If you try to enter Maple Union while you have characters that have not received their Union Raid coins, you will now see a list of characters that are currently in the exit map.

    Characters that are in the Union Raid exit map will no longer be excluded from the Union Raid.

    The Mix Dye and Mix Lens results UI has been improved to make it easier to understand.

    Improvements and Bug Fixes (Skills)


    Overall skill logic has been improved to help alleviate the error where an entered skill would not activate due to things such as potion use, pet auto buff and auto feed, or skill activations that do not affect character actions.

    You can no longer use Transformation Potions during a skill use action.

    Fixed an error where certain skills that shoot projectiles in a straight line would not attack after being blocked by a vertical platform.

    Fixed an error where after using a skill with a cooldown, sometimes you could use the skill even when the cooldown did not end yet.

    Fixed an error where the High Flight skill icon was the same as Xenon’s Aviation Liberty skill icon.

    Fixed an error where if you were in a mount and used High Flight, you could not use the shortcut key to get off the mount.

    Fixed an error where certain Rush skills could exceed the maximum attack speed limit with party attack speed buffs.

    [COLOR=var(--color-text)][​IMG][/COLOR] The Resistance link skill Spirit of Freedom’s effect will now disappear if you change maps.

    [​IMG] Erda Nova will no longer activate if there is no targettable enemy in range.

    Fixed an error in Reboot world where sometimes the client would exit if you used the profession meister buff skill and an elixir at the same time.

    Fixed an error where Hero, Paladin, and Dark Knight’s Leap Attack and Upper Charge did not activate Aura Weapon’s wave.

    [​IMG][​IMG][​IMG] The Command Lock feature has been added to Hero, Paladin, and Dark Knight’s Upper Charge.

    Fixed an error where Hero and Paladin’s Upper Charge skill icons were swapped.

    Fixed an error where Hero’s Shout did not activate Final Attack or Advanced Final Attack.

    Fixed an error where Hero could hit multiple enemies with Leap Attack in Enraged state.

    Fixed an error when Paladin’s Parashock Guard ended, party members’ Zero’s Divine Swift would end at the same time.

    Fixed an error where Paladin’s Parashock Guard penalty applied to party members.

    Paladin’s Holy Unity’s skill description has been updated to match the current logic of “When the bond with a party member is cancelled, the shared buffs will also be cancelled.”

    Fixed an error when Paladin was using Grand Cross and Invincible Belief activated, the keydown would be cancelled.

    Fixed an error where Dark Knight’s Reincarnation would sometimes activate even while it was on cooldown.

    Fixed an error where after Archmage (F/P) detonated Mist Eruption after using Poison Nova, sometimes the damage would not apply.

    Fixed an error where Archmage (I/L)’s Ice Age’s created frozen ground’s attacks would sometimes not be activated.

    [​IMG] Bishop’s Shining Ray’s skill icon has been changed.

    Bishop’s Holy Fountain’s skill description has been updated to match the current logic of “Not affected by cooldown resets and recovery skill eficiency boosts.”

    [​IMG] The Custom Command feature has been added to Bowmaster’s Arrow Platter, allowing you to install the skill using the Attack key instead of the NPC Chat key.

    Fixed an error where Marksman’s True Sniping would sometimes show a different part of the screen in Will.

    Fixed an error where Marksman’s True Sniping’s invincibility time would not apply if the skill ended due to running out of aiming time.

    Fixed an error where Pathfinder’s Obsidian Barrier would cause you to take damage if it hit an enemy using Damage Reflect.

    Fixed an error where when using Dual Blade skills, the basic attack sound effect would be played together with the skill.

    Fixed an error where Dual Blades would not be in combat state while using Asura.

    [​IMG] Viper and Captain’s Dash will now show the Stance boost in the stat window.

    Fixed an error where Viper’s Advanced Dash effect showed another effect to other characters.

    Fixed an error where Viper’s Energy Charge effect was not affected by skill transparency in the Cash Shop.

    [​IMG] Captain’s Wings’ action delay has been decreased by 85%. You can now glide even if you don’t use it immediately after using Wings as long as you jumped using Wings.

    • Wings’ usage was very different depending on the knowledge of the player of being able to cancel the action with certain buff skills that had no use actions. We have changed it so there is no inconvenience without having to cancel the action.

    Fixed an error where Captain’s Continual Aiming’s mark would disappear if you reused Continual Aiming.

    Captain’s Bullet Party’s skill description has been updated to match the current logic of “You cannot glide after using Wings”.

    Fixed an error where Mikhail’s Vertical Shining Chase did not activate Aura Weapon’s wave.

    Fixed an error where Flame Wizard did not gain Flame Discharge’s flames when Ignition was transferred.

    [​IMG] Flame Wizard’s Ignition’s duration will no longer be refreshed when an enemy with Ignition is attacked to amke it easier to track Flame Discharge’s flames.

    Fixed an error where Flame Wizard’s Dragon Slave’s keydown attack did not apply Ignition.

    Fixed an error where Flame Wizard’s Flame Fox’s attack during Flame Discharge did not apply Ignition. (Fire Lion already applied Ignition)

    [​IMG] Wind Breaker’s Howling Gale will now only track enemies on the current platform to prevent it from following unattackable enemies.

    Fixed an error where after using Night Walker’s Dominion, if a Shadow Bat was automatically summoned then Dark Sight would be cancelled.

    Fixed an error where Night Walker’s Shadow Servant Extend’s location swap would sometimes cause the client to exit.

    [​IMG] Aran’s Boost End – Hunter’s Targeting command has been changed from ↓→↑ to ↓→↓ to prevent climbing on a rope while entering the command.

    Aran’s Maha’s Domain’s healing will now be counted in Urus’ heal score.

    Fixed an error where Evan’s Onyx’ Blessing was shared with party members in certain maps.

    Fixed an error where Evan’s Magic Debris could not be used against Dangerous Liquid Waste monsters.

    [​IMG] Evan’s Zodiac Ray’s required magic has been increased from 25 to 30. All of Elemental Blast’s attacks and Breath of Earth will now be considered as attribute attacks.

    Fixed an error where Mercedes’ Gust Dive did not apply Final Attack: Dual Bowguns.

    Fixed an error where if Mercedes was using Sylphidia and a debuff removed it then you automatically reboarded it, the enhancement effect did not apply.

    Fixed an error where if Phantom used an attacking skill with Talent of Phantom Thief but the skill did not activate, the weapon would still switch.

    Fixed an error where if Phantom used Return of Phantom in certain maps in Limen, after returning, you would be sent to another map.

    Fixed an error where Phantom’s skills had different tooltips based on if you registered hotkeys from Skill Management or by dragging and dropping Talent of Phantom Thief to a hotkey.

    Fixed an error where if Phantom had Sacrosanctity set on Talent of Phantom Thief H, a Paladin in the party used Holy Unity then Sacrosanctity on Phantom, then Phantom switched to another skill on Talent of Phantom Thief H, the shared Sacrosanctitiy would be cancelled.

    Fixed an error when Phantom used Joker, the number of times Noire Carte activated was based on the distance to the enemy.

    Fixed an error where Demon Slayer’s Evil Torture’s critical rate boost did not apply to slowed enemies.

    [​IMG] Demon Avenger’s High Efficiency will no longer apply to potions that heal % HP like Elixirs and Power Elixirs. These potions’ recovery limits have been increased so the feature has been removed.

    [​IMG] Demon Avenger’s Demon Frenzy’s created demon’s blood’s attack range has been increased by 50% in the upwards direction.

    Blaster’s Ducking’s skill description has been updated o match the current logic of “You can Charge while using other skills except Ducking.”

    Blaster’s Ducking’s skill description has been updated to match the current logic of “You can Charge while using other skills except Sway.”

    Blaster’s Ducking’s skill description has been updated to match the current logic of “You can Charge while using other skills except Hammer Smash.”

    Blaster’s Hyper Magnum Punch’s description has been updated to match the current logic so “If there is no enemy in range after rushing, the attack will not activate” has been removed.

    Fixed an error where if Battle Mage learned Dark Lightning and used Yellow Aura then used Teleport Ver. 2. repeatedly, sometimes the client would exit.

    [​IMG] Battlemage’s Dark Lightning’s attack range has been slightly increased in the forwards and backwards direction.

    Fixed an error where Battle Mage’s Debuff Aura instantly applied to enemies.

    Fixed an error where after Battle Mage used Union Aura, MP would be continuously consumed during the duration. Fixed an error where after Battle Mage used Union Aura, sometimes the skill would not activate.

    Wild Hunter’s Jaguar names will be unified based on the Jaguar Management.

    Fixed an error where Wild Hunter’s Jaguar Maximum’s damage was increased based on the number of Wild Hunters in the map.

    Fixed an error where if Mechanic rode the Metal Armor in Torrent Zone, they could not use the up arrow key and jump to escape.

    Fixed an error where Mechanic could sit on a chair and ride the Metal Armor at the same time with certain operations.

    Fixed an error where Mechanic was not in combat state while using Massive Fire: SPLASH.

    Fixed an error where Cadena’s attacks’ damage showed different numbers to other characters.

    Fixed an error where other Zero’s Time Distortion effect was not affected by skill effect transparency.

    Fixed an error where if Zero used Transcendent Rhinne’s Blessing then attacked multiple enemies, the additional hits would not be activated.

    Fixed an error where Kinesis’ Psychic Shield’s stance effect was cancelled if you were seduced by Bloody Queen.

    If Adele uses a skill that consumes Ether without the sufficient amount, a system message will now be displayed.

    Adele can now use Feather in Meisterville.

    Fixed an error where Illium’s Machina’s movement area became fixed after certain operations.

    Fixed an error where Illium could use Crystal Ignition while on a rope.

    Illium’s Crystal Skill: Harmony Link’s healing will now be counted in Urus’ heal score.

    Fixed an error where Ark’s Returning Hatred sometimes did not deal damage.

    Fixed an error where if Hoyoung used Transform Thousand Ton Stone in certain maps, the character would disappear.

    Fixed an error where if you used Hoyoung’s Sage Teachings: Hyper Clone Rampage then changed channels, sometimes the clones would not activate.

    Fixed an error where Hoyoung’s Sage Teachings: Descent of the Superpowered Gods sometimes did not change the BGM.

    Improvements and Bug Fixes


    The logic for being moved using the Boss Queue matching and then exiting has been changed.

    • When you use the exit portal in the exit map or standby map, you will only be returned to your previous map once and it will be valid for only 24 hours.
    • When you are moved using matching, a system message will be displayed.

    The convenience when entering certain boss monsters has been improved.

    • You can now accept the “[Pink Bean] Breaking the Barrier” quest through the lightbulb.
    • If all party members do not have an Eye of Fire when entering Zakum, one will be given to the party lader. If the party leader doesn’t have one but a party member does, you can enter immediately.
    • If the party leader does not have a Dimensional Crack Fragment but a party member does, you can enter Papulatus.

    If you are killed by an attack pattern that ignores resurrection skills, a system message will be displayed.

    To prevent dying at the same time as entering, certain boss monsters have been changed.

    • After Urus is summoned, it will not attack for a short period of time.
    • In Suu phase 1, the rotating laser pattern will now begin a short period of time after the Black Heaven Core is summoned and it will always begin at a fixed angle.

    Fixed an error where sometimes Elite Boss HP bars would appear even without an Elite Boss present.

    Fixed an error where if Urus used his eating pattern, certain skill effects would not be shown.

    Fixed an error where if Chaos Pierre split and then its HP was healed, then the HP was reduced, it would split even if the split pattern should not have been activated.

    In Suu phase 2 and 3, the falling platform pattern and high-voltage current pattern connection has been made more accurate.

    Fixed an error in Hard Lucid phase 3 where certain debuffs would cause her to not recover HP.

    Fixed an error when entering Will, the difficulty selection text was cut of.

    Fixed an error in Dunkel and Dusk where certain skill effects that applied to party members did not appear.

    Improvements and Bug Fixes (Quests and Maps)


    You can no longer forfeit the “Eat Food and Recover” quest.

    Fixed an error in Dimensional Library EP2, the “Fertile Thousand Year Land” didn’t show other users.

    Fixed an error where you could acquire Party Quest Only Reindeer Milk while doing Black Heaven.

    Fixed an error in Orbis Tower where certain floors’ backgrounds appeared awkwardly.

    You can now expel party members in the Deepest Clocktower map.

    Fixed an error where sometimes you could not proceed normally in Orca’s Inner World 2.

    Fixed an error where if you fell in a certain location in Black Heaven Deck 1, you would be moved to Black Heaven Deck 1 instead of Skyline 2.

    Fixed an error where sometimes in Nightmare Clocktower 3F, Labyrinth of Suffering Core 5 and 7, the monster summoning would be delayed.

    Fixed an error where you could not receive Flag Race invitations in Labyrinth of Suffering.

    Fixed an error where the background was cut off in Limen’s End of the World 1-1.

    The Adventurer, Aran, Mercedes, Evan, Phantom, Luminous, Eunwol, Ark, and Illium emblem reissue quests have been changed from being automatically completed when accepted to having to talk to the NPC again through the lightbulb to complete it.

    After completing the Adventurer 2nd job advancement, you can no longer perform the 4th job skill guide quest.

    Fixed an error where if Dual Blade open job advanced to another job, they could not begin exclusive quests.

    Cadena’s emblem reissue quest can now be completed through the lightbulb.

    Fixed an error where Adele could not complete the “Where is Jerome” quest in certain circumstances.

    Pink Bean can now start the Fox Valley theme dungeon.

    Improvements and Bug Fixes (Items)

    Zero’s Genesis Weapon liberation logic has been changed.

    • Genesis weapons have unique characteristics that are different from existing weapons. It was possible that Zero’s own weapon’s growth logic would continue to be a problem when coinciding with these characteristcs. Therefore, in order to prevent problems while still preserving each weapon’s unique characteristics, we added the weapon replacement function in March. However, there was a lack of detail so we have supplemented it.
    • Since Zero’s Genesis weapon has different growth methods than their base Lapis/Lazuli, the name has been changed from Lapis/Lazuli Type 10 to Genesis Lapis/Lazuli.
    • When Zero first liberates their Genesis Lapis/Lazuli, they can transfer over their potential and additional potential.
      • When you first librate it, you can choose to transfer over both potential and additional potential, or choose only one. Unselected options will be random (Unique for potential, Epic for additional potential).
      • Your previous weapon’s additional options will be transferred, there is no choice. (same as before)
      • Regardless of your previous weapon, the scrolled stats will not be transferred and the Star Force will be fixed at 22 stars. (same as before)
      • You can switch between your Genesis Lapis/Lazuli and previous weapon through the “Weapon Growth” button. There is a 10 minute cooldown for switching. (same as before)
      • Genesis Lapis/Lazuli cannot be enhanced except for resetting additional options, potential, and additional potential or using Soul Enchanters and equipping Souls. (same as before)

    When two of the same equipment in a set are equipped, only 1 of them will be applied to the set effects.

    Fixed an error with the Ether Star/Ultimate Star medals where the text was skewed to the right.

    Certain Cash items’ images have been changed.

    • Fixed an error where the Hi-Fi T-Shirt’s rope motion was awkward.
    • Fixed an error where the Magic Heart Stick weapon could not be equipped by Cadena, Illium, and Pathfinder.

    Fixed an error when sitting on the Lots of Money Chair where the image would not appear normally.

    Fixed an error with the Singapore Night Damage Skin where if a critical hit’s first number was 8 or 9, it would be shown in reverse.

    The “All skills level increase” potential effect’s guide text has been improved.

    In Pantheon, the NPC Maroon will now sell Final Figuration Main/Sub Colour Change Tickets and Colour Reset Tickets, for 1m mesos each.

    Improvements and Bug Fixes (Etc)


    Wooden Lef and High Lef ears have been fixed.

    • Fixed an error where Wooden Lef and High Lef ears showed a lot of nearby skin awkwardly.
    • Fixed an error where the Wooden Lef ears with the Demonic skin had an incorrect image.
    • Fixed an error where in certain actions, the High Lef ears’ images were incorrect.

    The Regular Ears name has been changed to Human Ears.

    Fixed an error where if you exited the game in the Cash Shop, the Fairy Bros’ Daily Gift not received notification would sometimes not appear.

    The Flag Race invitation text has been changed to remove the part about moving to a certain channel.

    Fixed an error where when entering Flag Race, sometimes 1~2 rounds would be considered completed.

    Fixed an error where you could not open the Enhancement UI in Flag Race’s Midday Snow Field: Waiting Room.

    In the SEED 43f, the problems related to 29F have been changed to be more accurate.

    Fixed an error in the SEED 23F where if you used the same hint multiple times then fell, the Alicia Soul Connecter would not move you to the correct spot.

    When using a Return Scroll, the options have been changed to be more intuitive.

    The Sunday Maple information popup will now appear once per character per day.

    Hekaton’s beginning effect and Kritias Invasion’s beginning notice have been removed.

    The Kritias Invasion failure notice will only appear inside the invasion area.

    When collecting herbs/mining ores, the failure effect will only be shown if you don’t get a single material.

    Fixed an error where if you have not learned collecting/mining and try to collect/mine, you will not see fatigue-related information.

    When using Quick Delivery, the amount of information not related to delivery has been changed.

    Fixed an error where certain stores did not sell arrow bundles.

    Fixed an error where sitting together with invited characters on certain chairs appeared awkwardly.

    If you sit on a chair while following, the follow will be cancelled.

    Fixed an error where if you were receiving Rest Experience Coupons but you didn’t have enough inventory space, an incorrect message would appear.

    To reduce load in Monster Life, the guestbook will now be refreshed at certain intervals instead of real-time.

    Fixed an error in Monster Life where sometimes the max text would not appear even if the Waru storage was full.

    Fixed an error in Monster Life where using automatic collectino, sometimes the collection effect would appear even on buildings with no Waru.

    Fixed an error in Ghost Park where sometimes the Stone of Envy effect did not activate. Fixed an error where sometimes you could not use the Rune of Healing.

    Fixed an error where sometimes Androids were not visible.

    You can no longer talk in buddy, guild, or alliance chat if you use private connection.

    When you open the World Map, you must now click on the search bar to search.

    Fixed an error where sometimes the Guild Mark would not appear.

    If you open the Guild Widnow without being in a guild, the recruiting guild list will be shown. 5 recommended guilds will be shown at the top of the list.

    When you click the View Details button on the Guild Benefits, you will be directed to the guide on the homepage.

    Fixed an error where you could only scroll on the guild window using the mouse wheel.

    Fixed an error in “Adele’s Book” achievement where it could be completed without the quest “2nd Call of the Sword”.

    Fixed an error where the Hyper Megaphone, Teleport World Map, and Teleport Rock’s cooldowns were sometimes incorrectly calculated.

    Fixed an error when sending items through Duey, sometimes items that you did not select would be sent.

    Fixed an error where if you had the Hotkey Settings UI open and changed your quickslots, then saved your hotkey settings, the changes would not be reflected.

    Fixed an error where using Platinum Karma Scissors while in Dark Sight caused an abnormal message to appear.

    In Reboot World, the method of receiving the Reboot Gift Box has been changed.

    • The Reboot Gift Box will be given to the first character you login to that matches the criteria. It can be given to other characters in the same world through storage.
    • The Reboot Gift Box cannot be dropped.

    The existing Hair Room and Face Room have been combined into the Beauty Room. A new Skin tab has been added to the Beauty Room.

    • When you use a Mannequin, you can now choose to put it in the Hair, Face, or Skin tab of the Beauty Room.
    • The maximum number of slots in the Hair and Face tabs has been increased from 5 to 9.
    • You can save up to 3 skins.

    The various eye colour lenses have been combined into the 1 Time Use Colour Lens.

    • When you double click the 1 Time Use Colour Lens, you can preview, select and change your eye colour.
