How do you guys feel about the new League champ? Here's her full kit details via Riot, but I'll put it in the thread for convenience. PASSIVE - MORE SPARKLES! After casting a spell, Zoe's next basic attack deals bonus magic damage. Q - PADDLE STAR Zoe fires a star that deals magic damage in a small area and applies her passive. She can recast Q mid-flight to redirect the star to a new position near her. The star's damage increases based on the distance it has traveled in a straight line. W - SPELL THIEF Enemy summoner spells and active item casts drop spell shards on the ground for an extended period of time. Some minions also drop a spell shard when killed by Zoe. Collecting a spell shard grants one cast of that spell or active item. When casting any summoner spell, Zoe briefly gains bonus movement speed and tosses missiles at the nearest enemy (prioritizing her nearest enemy). Each missile can trigger her passive. E - SLEEPY TROUBLE BUBBLE Zoe throws a ball that detonates on the first target hit, dealing magic damage and making the struck enemy drowsy. After a couple of seconds, drowsyenemies will briefly fall asleep and take extra damage from the next attack or spell. Whenever an enemy falls asleep, this ability's cooldown is reduced. If the Bubble hits nothing, it lingers on the ground as a trap. If cast over a wall, it gains casting range. R - PORTAL JUMP Briefly teleport to a targeted position, then teleport back. During the teleport you can use abilities and attack normally, and see over walls. However, you won't be able to move.
looking at the character and passive I thought she was a mini lux but the w mechanic is really interesting. If you're ever chasing as zoe your opponent might think twice about flashing because you can follow without using your own, and once people get really good we'll see them flash like 5 times in a teamfight
I think she is a really unique and interesting take on stale champion design. After seeing the same 3 hits = x often on so many champions, it's great to see new interesting takes on how to make a champion. So far I really like her, and I can't wait to make some people sleep in bot lane :V

If I'm reading properly, all it does is teleports you to a targeted position, likely inside of a limited range, at which point you're only able to Q, W, E and auto while being unable to move, and then teleports you back.
I didn't read, can she flash out of her ult? What happens if she ults into a ryze bubble? Can Tahm eat her?
I'm really in love with her Cyberpop skin!! Reminds me of a loooot of different video game characters and I think it suits her perfectly. I think Riot really hit it out of the park with this champ. Her theme, kit and stuff is all so great. I have a couple problems with some of her interactions (there is SO much focus on Lux and Ezreal and it doesn't come off as cute as Riot probably thinks it does) but other than that, she's a dream come true. I definitely don't love her as much as I love Xayah, Vayne or Soraka, but boy. I love her.
Interesting hero. I think she'll be really good at capitalizing on people out of position & taking picks. If anything she'll be amazing at annoying the enemy team & disjointing herself to dodge skillshots and the like. I have a feeling that she'll be oppressive while ahead at all and less than desirable when behind. At least she has a crutch stun.
I like her launch skin too! Most of the time the launch skins aren't that great, but hers looks pretty darn nice.
I think the skin is a direct reference to some Persona character that has the same voice actor or something
