    Greetings Maplers,

    Just wanted to give you an update on what we’ve done in the May 19 maintenance.

    May 19 Maintenance
    We have replaced all the Luna and EU Reboot world channels during the May 19 maintenance and will monitor the channel performances after the deployment. With the replacement of the EU channels, we have now updated all the channels that were experiencing issues (besides the NA Reboot world channels that players mentioned were already performing optimally).

    We have seen some survey responses that say there is still some lag, while other responses have said that the lag has been fixed after the channel replacements. There is a possibility that there could be an issue with ISP, PC, or routing (the path that your internet takes to reach our game servers) which may cause you to experience lag. We are discussing internally about an option from our service provider that optimizes player traffic by using their global network infrastructure, but we will need to test a few channels with this option turned on. This may help with certain latency issues, but it will not be able to solve all the latency issues.

    As usual, we will post another survey to gather information after this weekend, when the Luna and EU Reboot world channels have had some time to be played on for a few days. The survey link will be provided here in this post as well as posted in our community platforms. We’d appreciate your active participation and feedback on these surveys.
