Here's how to change your name: Once the event starts, characters Lv. 33 and up will receive a quest notification informing them to go to the Ark Coin Shop. The Ark Coin Shop can be accessed by talking to the Yeti located in Henesys, Leafre, and Nameless Town. At the Ark Coin Shop, players will be able to purchase a Character Name Change Coupon for 400 Ark Coins. Players can then take their coupons to Mr. Newname (pictured below), who will change your characters' names in exchange for one coupon! Your character's new name will be changed instantly after you log out and log back in to MapleStory. Each character's name can only be changed once per week.
